The Buckman Discioscia Memorial fund was set up as a collection fund that will later provide an Educational Trust for the children of Chuck Buckman and the grandchildren of Mike Discioscia. Mike and Chuck were killed on 20 July 2010 at Camp Shaheen (Spann), Masar-e Sharif, Afghanistan while serving as weapons trainers for the Afghan National Army.
The Buckman Discioscia Memorial Organization is registered with the US Department of Revenue as a Non-Profit Organization.

We are no longer accepting donations and we are in the process of distributing funds via Wachovia/Wells Fargo to the private investment accounts of the families for the purpose of the childrens future education needs.
